Terms and Conditions

EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days notice of original purchase date to be eligible. Buyer shall be entitled to exchange RFAC products with prior authorization from RFAC at the expense of a 25% restocking fee. Assessment of restock fees may be conditional and subject to further consideration before fees can be waived or negotiated. Before exchanging any RFAC products, buyer must be issued an RGA# by RFAC as authorized permission to proceed with this request. Upon receipt of product, RFAC reserves the right to determine product that is subject to exchange based on whether product is in re-sellable condition. Any product received without prior notice and the issuance of an RGA# will be returned to the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be submitted within 30 days notice of original purchase date to be eligible. Buyer shall be entitled to the return of RFAC products given reasons are deemed satisfactory by RFAC. Buyers shall be allowed to return purchased products provided product conditions are proved to be defective or non-functional. Other reasons that may apply will be subject to further consideration. RFAC will reserve the right to reject any return if for any reason it is determined to be unacceptable. Permanent returns will be issued a 25% restocking fee and returns must be granted prior authorization with the issuance of an RGA#. An RGA# from RFAC is necessary before proceeding with this request. Any product received without prior notice and issuance of an RGA# will be returned to buyer. Any product deemed to be overstock by the buyer at anytime during the annual period, will not be accepted for return under no circumstances. RFAC will not be liable or responsible for any product that has failed to be sellable by the buyer.

SPECIAL ORDER & CLEARANCE ITEMS POLICY

RFAC will not accept cancellations or returns on any Special Order or Clearance item(s) except under circumstances where product is proved to be defective. "Special Order" refers to any item that is not normally stocked by RFAC. "Clearance Items" refer to any items sold in the Clearance & Overstock section.

CREDIT POLICY

Eligibility for issuance of credit will be granted if request is made within 30 days of original purchase date. Any extended period will require further consideration by RFAC.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RFAC will accept cancellations of purchase orders prior to shipment only, either 1:00 EST or 3:00 PST, depending on F.O.B. Cancellation requests must be made via telephone. Cancellations of product placed on back order will be acceptable within a 2-week period or 10 business days. Requests for cancellation made after the deadline will require assessment of a 25% cancellation fee with no exceptions unless otherwise determined by RFAC.

PAYMENT

Online orders are payable by Credit Card ONLY (Visa, Master Card, and American Express).

CHANGES, RESCHEDULES, & CANCELLATIONS

Buyer may request to modify the specifications, quantities, and delivery dates, although RFAC accepts no responsibility in granting these requests if made to be unreasonable. Acceptance of any such requested modification or cancellation shall be at discretion of RFAC, and shall be upon such terms and conditions as RFAC may require.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise noted by RFAC, delivery shall be made F.O.B. seller’s plant, regardless of the method of delivery. Risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon RFAC’s delivery to a carrier. Any delivery dates shown are approximate only and RFAC shall have no liability for any delays in delivery once shipment has left the plant. We will acknowledge buyer’s order within 24 hours of receipt of such order by fax. If orders are received by noon PST, order can be processed on the same date. RFAC will allow for drop-ships as requested by buyer.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY

RFAC’s liability arising from or in any way connected with items sold, shall be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the items sold, or credit of the purchase price paid by buyer at RFAC’s sole option. In no event shall RFAC be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind or nature whatsoever outside of product sold.
